This website is operated by Futura Planning Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15243334), with its registered office at 6 Tollhouse Road, Churchill, Winscombe, BS25 5AN. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Futura Planning Ltd.

Futura Planning Ltd is not a firm of solicitors. We are a qualified and indemnified member of the Society of Will Writers and, as such, we follow their code of conduct and adherence to best practice.

Using this website

The information on this website is provided as general guidance only. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Recommendations depend on your individual circumstances, which we discuss with you directly during a consultation.

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Where we link to external websites, we do so for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Our services

We provide Will writing, Lasting Power of Attorney, trust, probate support and document storage services. Any advice and recommendations are tailored to your circumstances and given as part of a consultation, not through this website.

Nothing on this website is a binding quotation. Where you ask us to carry out work, we will confirm the service, the fee and what is included in writing before you proceed, so there are no surprises.

Appointments and cancellations

• Appointments can be cancelled free of charge.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment time, a £50 deposit is required to reschedule. This deposit is applied toward any future Wills or LPA service.
• Evening or weekend appointments are occasionally available by prior arrangement.
• Home visits are available within approximately 30 miles of our base; online appointments are available throughout England and Wales.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Futura Planning Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, and we are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this website rather than on advice given to you directly.

Complaints

We aim to provide a thoroughly professional service. If something falls short, please tell us so we can put it right. As members of the Society of Will Writers, we follow their code of practice, and an unresolved complaint can be referred to the Society. Please raise any concern with us in the first instance using the contact details below.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post any revisions on this website. Your continued use of the website will be subject to the then-current terms.
